Iyi aksamlar korunma yontemleri konusunda sorum olacak. Geri cekilme yontemini kullaniyoruz ancak bunun guvenli olmadigini biliyorum. Jinekologum bugun bana spiral onerdi. Henuz evli degilim bu nedenle guvenli bir yontem tercih ediyorum. onceden yasmin kullandim ama fazla kilo aldirmisti. igne ve diger bazi yontemlerde de boyle sorunlar olabilecegini soyledi doktorum. ben 32 yasindayım hic gebeligim olmadi. bu durumda sizce spiral uygun mudur
